She is VP of HR at Give Kids The World Village, and former VP of HR for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. She’s the founder of SimplyHR and creator of the HEART Leadership Principle, helping organizations lead with humility, empathy, accountability, resilience, and trust. Sara holds a degree in Business Administration, is a Yale Women’s Leadership Program graduate (2025), and incoming MBA candidate at Rollins Crummer. She’s a certified HR professional, co-author of Amazon bestseller Undeterred, and a SHRM-published writer. Faith, family, and purpose drive her leadership.
